export data

in a forum i found out, that it should be possible to export "all* my Garmin-Data as a .csv-file. But i did not find out how to do this (no corresponding button in windows-connect-app...)

This should describe all the possibilities - How Do I Export Data Out of Garmin Connect?

Note that this is not possible using Garmin Express, which is where this thread was originally posted. I've moved it to the Garmin Connect Web forum.

thanks a lot. seems to bee very easy. But:

the data are exported in .json-format, which - i found out- can be opened in a text editor.

But: for using them, it would be nice to import them into excel. This is a nghtmare, e.g. i did not manage....

is there any help out there...?

AFAIK, most of the data is in the FIT file format. FIT files can be converted to CSV with the FIT CSV Tool | FIT SDK | Garmin Developers

However, you can export a lot of data in CSV format as well - for example activities, and also most of the reports of Garmin Connect Web.

If you got some JSON data, they can be easily converted to CSV as well - have a look for example at the JSON To CSV Converter (convertcsv.com)
