Garmin connect new interface daily training suggestion Edge

Hello, why can't I select the daily training suggestion from the Edge 1040 in Garmin connect? That would be a win for all Edge users. The device is registered in connect.

What you've marked is the training plans. It got nothing to do with daily suggestions.

Hello e7andy,

I know that this function unfortunately doesn't exist yet,

but it would be a nice feature for all Garmin owners.

At the moment I have to turn on the 1040 and see what kind of daily training is displayed.

The daily suggestions are calculated by the device so Garmin Connect can't know the suggestions unless the Edge is turned on. You can make a request to get the daily suggestions in Garmin Connect, but you still need to turn on the Edge... so not much win there.

Garmin always calculates the “daily training” one week ahead of the current day. When I do a workout, the 1040 records it and uploads it to Garmin Connect. The “daily training plan” is then updated. I open the beautiful, new Garmin Connect, either on my PC or cell phone, and see the currently adjusted "daily training plan" next to my newly synchronized performance data. Garmin creates an individual training plan and then hides it in the 1040 submenu, which is a shame. Programmer, makes the "daily training plan" visible on the new Garmin Connect.
