Garmin Connect not syncing with Strava

Hello, after today's completed activity, although my Garmin edge 520 plus sent it to Garmin Conect, it no longer sent the data to the Strava application.

My garmin connect doesn’t sync anymore with strava either.

Hope there will be a solution soon. I tried logging out/in on bith apps, doesn’t help. Maybe it has to do with the server error today?…

Thanks but I meant Garmin support. The issue is with Garmin not Strava or My Fitness Pal.

I do not think it is a problem on Garmin's side. Garmin does not send anything to Strava. It is Strava that pulls the data from Garmin's API. However, you can reach Garmin's support in exactly the same way: https://support.garmin.com

Disconnecting and reconnecting the two accounts usually fixes connectivity problems.

You can also export the activity from GC web and import at Strava manually

I am having the same issue since mar 3. I have deleted apps and reinstalled., disconnected and re-connected. It is frustrating!

I just had this issue today. I had gone to the strava app and disconnected my garmin and it didn't work but what did work was going to the strava web version on my laptop - disconnect it from there and then reconnect. It synced straight away for me.

Worked fine until two days ago and all of a sudden my Garmin app won’t upload my activities to Strava. Any suggestions to troubleshoot?
