corrupt fit file

Hi all,

today i completed a triathlon and due to the mass amount of people using the cellular network i assume the file corrupted while attempting to upload to garmin connect.

ive tried fixing it myself but im not that tech savvy unfortunately. could someone help me out repairing the file??

tried attaching the file to the post but garmin wont allow??

update, used the fitfile repair tool but its coming up overflow while analyzing the data.

any thoughts??

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

A suggestion to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device

Also, note that HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, and Swim will sometimes corrupt activity fit files

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support
