BETA: Connect Event data missing from home screen

I have a custom event added. On the Home screen the Event widget is showing 'No Events Added'. Any info on how to get the Event on the home screen would be appreciated.

If you set the priority of the event to "Primary Event" you will see it in the Home screen event widget.
