Garmin Badges

Hi, I have a vivoactive HR, Vivoactive3 , 4 and 5. I have been using the Jump Rope for the 15,000 jump badge. I completed it 2 times. No badge. I also was trying to get the Diving badge. Completed 17 dives no badges.

I have using the Vivoactive 3 and 4. Started using the 5.

No luck.

Have you installed the latest beta software on the Vivoactive 5? That one got the native Jump rope activity that you must use to get the 15000 reps badge.

For the dive badges make sure all activities are logged with a Garmin device and got the correct dive type.

Post links to one or a few of the activities so we can have a have a look and see what might be wrong.

Hi, here is a screenshot. I tried to update Vivoactive5 said no update.

That is the Connect IQ app. The jumps are logged in a Connect IQ field and will not be used for the badges. The title is Cardio, but I guess you changed the type to Jump rope?

To get the Vivoactive 5 beta you must first sign up for the beta in Garmin Connect Web and after that do an update. Use Garmin Express to get the update fast.
