running workouts ready to be uploaded

Are there any running workouts that are ready to be uploaded to the watch?
I'm talking about intervals, fartlek, etc that you can upload and make changes instead of starting from scratch

Thanks

  • Not without the workouts being part of a broader training plan.

Depending on your watch, there may have workouts already pre-loaded - Preloaded Workouts On a Garmin Device

  • Thanks Pray

I have venu 2sq. And  the running workouts are very few.

Now I build veriaty of workouts - up hill, fartlek, repeats etc. and I find Garmin connect as a great tool but a bit hard to use for a changing phases.

I have discovered a way to do it with GitHub.

Yes, workouts are FIT files, Once you upload the workout to the watch, you can find them in the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/

One way to get some workout FIT files is using the Daily Suggested Workout feature (I do not think it is available for Venu 2 SQ, though), or activating some training plans - you can then download the synced workouts, and work with them, assuming you have a tool for editing the FIT files.

You can get workouts also from 3rd party apps and services. For example Training Peaks offers some.
