Weekly competition is not rewarded

good evening everyone, I would like to know why the weekly competition is not rewarded, we work so hard to achieve nothing, I don't find it very intelligent, so don't encourage us to participate. Thank you

Ye, it would make sense to include this for Challenge Champ badge.

Unfortunately currently the badge is only for challenges with connections.

No idea why, public weekly challenge seems more fair as it's random and have more contestants, so not that easy to win as against a connection (two participants).

The Challenge Champ is a repeatable badge that is worth 2 points when you win challenges against your connections.

NOTE: This badge is awarded for challenges created by you or your connections only, and requires at least two participants to complete the challenge. Challenges created in a Group that you have created will not award the Challenge Champ Badge. This excludes weekly challenges, such as the step challenges of 35K, 50K, 75K, etc. Beginning November 2020, this badge can only be earned by each person 250 times.
