Smart treadmill app syncing

Hi,

Does anyone know of a smart treadmill running app that will sync to Garmin Connect (and bonus points for training effect/load).

I realise I can use Zwift to do this, but I'm not a big fan of Zwift (too much faff), so if there was an app that could control the treadmill and sync to Garmin connect that would be great.

PS Currently I use the Kinni app with a Noble Pro treadmill. I can export to a FIT from there and back into connect, but its a hassle and no training effect. Trying to remove as many niggles I have from my setup

As far as I know, currently only Zwift, Rouvy, TrainerRoad, and Concept 2 3rd party apps are certified and able to deliver data for the TE and TL.

If you record the treadmill run directly with your watch, the Training Effect and Training Load will be accounted for. No need for an external app for that.

Thanks @trux, I'm aware of that, but I'd prefer to just do it all on an app if possible, it also shows me intervals more clearly if done in that form.

I've found one called QZ which claims to, but haven't tried myself
