Hi,
I want to replicate the Garmin daily work outs... as they come on the wrong moment for me, and then sometimes disappear :)
I want to make the workout: warm up, then 8 repeats with in between 7 low power recoveries, then a longer recovery on another powerlevel and then again the 8 repeats, ect..
I can not make this work with the repeat function in "creating a workout" as i always have the repeated recovery at the end of the repeats.... . so again after the 8th and last repeat the low power recovery is inserted... that i dont want anymore, as i want another step immediately after the last item of the series....
(as it is in the Garmin work outs.....)
do i really have to insert each step manually to make this happen?
