is there a way to see all the times I've done a specific workout?

During my training some of workouts do repeat. Is there a way to find out when I did a specific workout? As an example, today I ran a workout that I also ran, exactly the same, last year while preparing for another race and wanted to compared my performance on them. Is there an easy way to find out everytime I've used this planned workout or only browsing through my activities (or calendar) and find it??

Thank you in advance!

  • For running you can create a Segment, it will collect times on chosen path, but you would need to create it in advance.

Or keep naming activities by locations (from-to by cities or if smaller by districts or streets), then it's easy to find.

To find some old activity with generic title - open Activities page, select Run category, then choose Advanced search, enter distance to narrow results, then also sort by pace and look for similar activity.

  • The route is not necessarily the same, the workout is (let's say 3x 5km @ certain pace w/ 1km recovery between then.

Apologies if I was not clear enough

  • Then probably adding a workout to title and search by it.

Compare options are limited here, some other software would be needed to analyze runs.

  • Same question. Seems like a basic functionality severely lacking in the app to be able and compare two workouts performance data. Cannot seem to compare even the workouts in the coaching plans without manually going back and forth. I have the  new beta and seems no better. Hopefully someone will give an answer or Garmin will address.
