All activities before June 14, 2018 are missing

I just discovered that all activities before june 14 2018 are no longer visible.

It's years of data. I hope it's not lost forever without any reason.

The most common reason for this issue is that you got multiple accounts. Maybe you switched phone or reinstalled Garmin Connect around June 14, 2018. That is most often the occasion when it happens.

Use the connection search function and search for all email addresses that you've ever used: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search

If a user is registered with that email address you will get a hit.

Another way to find which email address you might have used is to look in your email history for email sent from Garmin.

In 2018 I got emails from these Garmin email addresses (I keep ALL emails I get):

reply(a)email1.garmin. com (Privacy policy updated)
garmin(a)inside.garmin. com (Device registration)
