Corrupted .FIT file. Is there any tool that I can use on a Mac?

I was recently on a longer bike. I did not have my 840 Solar with me and I was using my older 530. I didn't pay much attention to battery life as my 840 has been unreal. Anyways, it went into battery save mode and never died but when I went to upload the file it did not work. I assume that was the issue as it had been working fine the prior few days.

I tried online repair tools to no avail. Does anyone have ideas how to repair it without a Windows computer?

FIT File Tools, can fix it. It works in the browser, so doesn't matter if it's mac or Windows. Just run it through the section remover without any adjustments. Upload the repaired file to Garmin Connect Web, then change the activity type from "Other" to "Cycling." I tested your file to verify that this will work.

I tried that but half of the activity is missing. It should be over 50 miles.

What distance exactly? Whay does is say on your Edge?

When I open the ride in the 'Summary' section it says "Invalid Invalid" "Time 1193:02:47"
