FIT File - Discarded ride

I discarded my ride by accident today

I have found the files from today via using Recuva but they maybe corrupt as they wont upload to Garmin Express

I have tried using a couple of online tools but cant seem to sort it, can anyone suggest a simply tool to try and repair the file

The FIT file i think i need is 91kb in size is that about right or is it a mixture of files?

Details here on what to do - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?

As mentioned, the file will be corrupt, in which case, zip it, attach to a reply…

As mentioned, the file will be corrupt, in which case, zip it, attach to a reply post. There is a chance that some of the ride can be repaired and uploaded to Garmin Connect.

Much of it beyond repair but this will upload to Garmin Connect [solved]

Many thanks for the fix that you could do
