Corrupt fit file

Hi can someone help me with,

I had a run after saving the activity it was not sync automatically. I tried manually upload it garmin connect but receiving "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.".

All firmware is update. I can't use Fit File Repair Tool because I'm on macos.

Thank you, do you know if there are some online tools to do it? just in case if it will happen again

FIT File Tools can fix a lot of issues, but not this time. I used Fit File Repair Tool, which as you know, only works on Windows.
