Corrupt .fit file

I've been struggling to upload the file for my swim acticity onto Connect. I noticed the issue when it didn't get auto-uploaded after my exceptionally good swim... :(

Is there a general outage at the moment? Can someone help fix the file for me - I tried all tools I could find online but nothing would work! Argh!

[solved] I've added the file here - didn't realise I needed to zip it in order for it to upload!

Likely your HRM-Pro Plus caused this issue:

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support

That's amazing - thank you so much! You must be right - I rejected an update before my swim... shouldn't have done that!!!
