How to share sleep data?

I want to share my sleep data for today with my sister but can't find a way to do it other than screencap it and send that to her. Is there a way for her to view my sleep data if I share a link with her or something?

Health data, such as sleep, requires a higher level of permissions. If you're OK with your sister having view only access to all of it, you can add her as an Authorized Viewer. She would need her own Garmin account and be logged in using the Garmin Connect Mobile app, then add her as an Authorized Viewer. In both cases she would need to accept your request using the Garmin Connect app.
