Corrupt FIT File, can anybody help

Hi there,

I have a corrupted FIT file which doesn't sync from my EPIX 2 to Garmin Connect. It was a bouldering session recorded with the HRM Pro.

I've already tried several web base solutions to fix and import the file, but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help?

Caused the corruption and some nonsense at the end of the activity

This will work - [solved]

HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, and Swim will sometimes corrupt activity fit files

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support

Thank you. Unfortunately there seems to be not much data in the file. Firmware of the HRM Pro is the latest. I'll keep watching the issue.
