No graphs in the Web Connect (sports without gps?)

Garmin Connect Web is not showing HR graph or any other graph for certain sports like Strength training. Graphs are visible in the App though (I'm in Android). Is this normal or some kind of bug? My device is FR 965 but I also checked my buddy's activities and there is no graphs either (for example ice hockey or strength training, Epix Pro Gen2).

    I have Heart Rate chart displayed for Strength activity.

    But there were some threads about missing charts like: ConnectIQ charts no longer appear.

    ... if you have the button Customize Charts between the muscle map and the stats, then click on it, and make sure the Heart Rate graph is enabled.

    Also please note, that the activity must be recorded on the watch (and the HR sensor must be enabled, of course) in order to get the HR data into the activity stats. Manually added (and some imported) activities won't have any HR graph.

    Thanks, it didn't help. The HR was there but nothing happened when selected. Luckily they fixed the issue and I can see graph. No idea what was the fix though or they did by the Garmin.
