Hi guys,
Garmin history is disappearing from my account. Every day one day disappears. Today is 19.1.2024 and as you can see from screenshot below the 18.1.2022 is the last day :(
I started using garmin in december 2021 so I have noticed it just recently. Tried to search online for the fix but I was not able to find real solution to this.
Out of being desperate to find a fix for this situation I have raised post in garmin subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Garmin/comments/19ae96v/activities_older_than_2_years_are_disappearing/) and I was told that this should be raised as a bug.
I would appreciate if my past activities wont disappear anymore (ideally, I would like to retrieved those which are not showing up anymore since december 2021 - january 2022).
I am losing valuable data day-by-day.
I have linked only 1 device, which is Venu2
Sync is usually done via garmin connect app for android via BT
Activities older than a 2 years are not shown on the connect.garmin.com webpage as well as on the mobile app for android.
