It would be great if Garmin Connect had a "Strength Curve" similar to the cycling "Power Curve."
The Y-axis would be weight in lbs (or kilograms, whatever your preferred unit).
The X-axis would be number of reps.
It would show 4 weeks, 3 months, and 1 year just like the cycling Power Curve.
For example, 10x205, 8x235, 5x255, 3x265, ...
It would be super helpful to have these plots for Benchmark Exercises to track training progress! I would argue this is even more useful than the "Benchmark Exercises" which don't automatically update with data from workouts.
