Fitness age not updating

Why is my fitness age not updating? It last updated a week ago. I have a venu 2 and have had it since Christmas. My fitness age went from 45 to 68 (I’m 50 and very active!) and hasn’t updated since 5th Jan . I have not been asked to update any of my stats. I did change my weight to see if it would make a difference but it hasn’t.

Hi thanks for the response. Unfortunately no matter what I do, the fitness age does not update. It is still showing 5th Jan. can you suggest what to do please? I have read the link from above.Thanks

... you can also try re-entering your weight manually (even if there is a recently new value from the Index scale). Often it helps to unblock the stuck fitness age report.

The link takes me to manual etc and as mentioned, I’ve tried everything suggested already.

Thanks - have tried and it first work. Maybe I have a faulty device.
