How to Remove Challenge I did not join from Current Challenges screen?

On my current challenges page on Garmin Connect online, there is the Weekly Step Challenge with the join now icon listed with the actual current ones I have joined.

Is there a way to get rid of it?

Not really, but you can use add-ons like adblock and use filter like div:-abp-contains(Text).
