Possible to enroll to Connect beta?

It seems that a new Connect app/web beta is rolling out - is there a place to enroll into beta right away?

Interesting App design now looks more like the Web design with the small widgets. I hope we won't loose to many features in this change.

I wonder how the web design will look after.
