I am able to see information on my phone connect app. I am able to use Garmin express and sync my data but not able to get that information to garmin connect on my laptop. I am not running workouts or anything like that. The information I am wanting to see on my laptop is just my everyday use of the watch. I am not sure why I am not able to do that.

If you're logged in with the same account, you're essentially viewing the same data. If you're not seeing your activities from the link above, check that you've logged in correctly to Garmin Connect Web.
Connect your watch to your computer, open Garmin Express. Click on your watch, then Tools & Content, Info. Take note of the email address being used.
This email address should be the same as Garmin Connect Web under Account information.
This should also be the same email address being used to login to the Garmin Connect App.
