How can Can I get VO2 Max report with Forerunner 220?

The owner's manual for the Garmin Forerunner 220 has this in the "Garmin Connect" section:

You can view more detailed information
about your activity, including time, distance, elevation, heart
rate, calories burned, cadence, VO2 max., running dynamics,
an overhead map view, pace and speed charts, and
customizable reports.

But, that is the ONLY place in the owner's manual where VO2 Max is mentioned. There are no instructions on how to set it up.

Garmin Connect Web has a VO2 Max report available. But, it is empty. I have no idea how to set it up or use it.
