One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance: possible corrupted fit file

Did a run as part of Garmin Coach, watch died when I ended the activity. Couldn't find the run anywhere on the watch but found the fit file when I plugged it into my laptop. Tried to manually upload to Garmin Connect but got the error: "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance." Used Fit File Tools to try and rectify it but the run is now saved as a workout and isn't recognized by Garmin Coach. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

However, I don't believe Garmin Coach is going to recognize this as part of your plan.

Thank you so much for the quick assist! Could you also advise if there's a way to convert the activity type of the following attached fit file from "other" to "run"? The stats on this (the run was a hill workout/ intervals) seems accurate, but the Garmin app was unable to change this to a run.

This is the same file that I fixed. I already tested this. It uploads as a running activity...
