I am new to Garmin Connect App and is honestly so frustrated. I have contacted Garmin a few times and have received no communication back. I have two questions. When I try to connect Garmin with Strava it only gives an Error 500 on the App. I thought it might be my device and tried to connect online from my laptop, but cannot find a connection setting online. Then secondly, when I did my device set-up I was able to connect to Yazio as a possible application to connect to. Suddenly that connection is not available anymore in Garmin Connect. I contacted both Garmin and Yazio and Yazio has come back to me. The connection on Yazio indicates that all is fine on Yazio side. They did recommend I uninstall both apps and then reinstall it. I did that and I can see the connect from Yazio app side, but Garmin does not show Yazio as possible apps to connect to. As my Garmin Connect app is not exporting data to Strave either, I believe the issue is is on the Connect platform. Please assist. This is the third request and I have not received any feedback.
