We have two Tunturi fitness machines at home. On the one hand, an elliptical trainer, on the other hand, a rowing machine. We use both devices through the Tunturi Routes app. With the help of a heart rate monitor, you have all the data available (Wattage, Heart rate, revolutions, ...). At the end of a workout session, you can send the data via email. This results in a tcx file, which I then manually import via the Garmin Connect website.
When I import a file from the elliptical trainer, it works perfectly. However, when I try to import a file from the rowing machine, I get the following error message: "An error occurred while uploading. Please try again.
Does anyone have any idea how this can be resolved?
