Strava fit files won't upload to garmin connect.

I can't sucessfully upload fit files from strava to garmin connect. My iphone/ipad grey out the file and my PC comes up with "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again".

I can upload GPX files for activities, however I want some of the data in the fit file on garmin connect/my garmin app.

It looks like this is a contiueing problem with Strava / Garmin fit files.

Has anypne got a solution?

If you want to zip then attach the strava file here, we can take a look to see what the problem is. There are some 3rd party tools that can fix these, such as FIT File Tools or Fit File Repair Tool.
