Benchmark run completed but not syncing to garmin coach

I completed my benchmark run today in line with my training plan. The run is showing in my activities but is not pulling through to garmin coach where it still wants me to complete the benchmark run today. How can I rectify this?

Reading through threads and it’s a bit frustrating that so many of us have this issue (and that it’s been happening for 3+ years). Did you ever get yours to work? I see in most places that the answer is “Well, it should have worked. Try it again tomorrow.” I’m going to take the advice, but wish Garmin would see that this is a recurring problem and fix it.

Yeah, as i have seen the issue is more than 4 years old. I have an Forerunner 965 and a couple of days i have start a Garmin Coach training plan, It worked first day and the second and third day not synchronized...so its a waste of time using this feature. I wonder why they offer it since its totally broken since a lot of time, years...
