Steps Data

I have a Garmin Instinct.

Since October, I have not been able to record or upload any steps to the garmin connect app and it does not add my data to steps or walking challenges. (I do have a new phone - everything else seems to upload fine) All my privacy data to set to 'everyone'

Any suggestions to fix this issue?

Try this: Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support

If it does not help, have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing
