GPX export - issues and enhancements

I have some feedback for regarding the GPX exports produced by Garmin Connect.

I have 4 points that I think are worth raising with the appropriate team(s):

- Fixing xsi:schemaLocation which currently uses the wrong URL

- Fixing broken redirects for the XSD files on garmin.com

- Appropriate levels of precision (e.g. cm or mm, instead of septillionths of a meter)

- Use of TrackPointExtension/v2 to include the speeds aleady in their FIT and TCX exports
