Garmin coach plan won’t show on my watch

Hi i have been trying to get my garmin coach plan to sync from the garmin connect app on my phone to my watch but it won’t show up.

what should i do ?

Which watch do you have? Most of the watches released in recent years have this ability. Older ones do not.

If your watch is compatible, suggest using Garmin Express to sync.
