Wrong watch Sync to my account

Hi.

I plugged my wifes vivoactive 4S into my laptop to check for updates. Unfortuantely, I used my Garmin Connect login details when adding the watch.

It has sync'd all her swims and walks to my account. I'm not sure how far back it has sync'd, maybe 12 months? It has also sync'd to my Strava account which will be a separate drama! :(

I have removed the watch from Gramin Connect, but is there a way to delete all her activities from my account? It has awarded me heaps of badges which are not mine.

I commenced trying to manaully delete the activities from my Connect account. But, can it be restore from a backup from 12 hours ago etc.

Eeck!

Not directly in Garmin Connect, but there are fellow users who posted some scripts allowing it. Have a look for example at the following threads:

If you backed up the activities, then you can reimport them later. Garmin Connect does not make any backup for you, and does not offer any undelete function. However, if you did not delete the activities from your watch, they are also still on it, in the folder //GARMIN/Activity. Depending on the model, and on the free room on the storage, there may be activities for up to several years. If syncing with Garmin Express does not pull them automatically, you can import them manually at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

Thanks for your help. I will read up.
I have also realised that all my data is now of her watch. Over 4 years worth. 100’s and 100’s of runs, swims and rides.

It would almost be easier to delete her account and start again.
