Connect won't upload Stages .fit file

I have seen some people posting issues uploading .fit files to connect. Hoping for some guidance or a file fix. I've tried in multiple different browsers and re-exporting the data from stages and Strava. Attached is the zip. Thank in advance!

That worked, thank you!

I did record with Garmin but the power meter was not synced so the file was from the stages app.
