Migrating account to dfferent user

Hello, I'm a new Garmin user, and had the misfortune of accidentally activating permanent 2fa on my account. Does anybody know (including Garmin) if there's a way of:

1. removing the ECG app

2. changing the account email address

3. creating a new account with the current email address

4. migrating all user data to new account

All that in order of getting rid of the permanent 2fa, the ECG app and be able once again use the Garmin Connect app without thousands of "this is your code to connect with.." messages per day and also having the third party integrations that used to work. 

Garmin support/developers, PLEASE let us know if there's a way of achieving all the above.
