Error Message Trying to Upload 6.15 mile run today

Hey!

I tried to manually upload my run for today, but got this message: "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance."

This is the second time that this has happened to me since late November. I have a Forerunner 25 watch.

Is there a way to get it uploaded?

There is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Download the file. Go to the import data page on Garmin Connect web - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

Browse for the file, then click on "Import Data."
