Zwift ride

How come when I do a Zwift ride and I have it uploaded to my Garmin Connect it does not count as an activity or a bike activity

Do you mean that it doesn't count for challenges? For challenges you must log your activities with a Garmin device: watch, bike computer or the Tacx app

I Was Not Awarded a Badge for an Activity or Challenge I Completed

The activity recorded needs to be saved and uploaded directly to Garmin Connect and cannot come from a third-party app or website such as Zwift.
