I used Fitbit and I Watch before and had my calories burned number were pretty close for what I am doing.
however I just switched to Garmin watch for 2 days: it says I only burned 1200 calories yesterday, but I had hard fitness training and 2 hours competive tennis match and 1.5 hours hiking?
that number is no way to be close!!!
today it says I burned around 1200 calories, however I had weight training again and played 3 hours tennis?
This is really bothering me, I need know the correct number please.
