Garmin stopped uploading index S2 scale data to Myfitnesspal

Hi, 

since the End of october, Garmin stopped sending the weight and other data from my Index S2 Scale to Myfitnesspal. 

The data gets uploaded without problems to TrainingPeaks. 

Calories/inOut get synced without problems between MFP and Garmin. 

If I add a manual weight entry in Garmin, it get's uploaded to MFP.

Tried disconnecting the apps and reconnecting, did not help.

MFP said that since a manual entry is syncing, the problem is on the Garmin side. 

Garmin has not replied to my ticket yet. 

Other MFP users seem to have the same problem since mid october.

Anyone here having the same issues or has any ideas?

    In Garmin Connect settings I have set myfitnesspal among connected apps. Garmin connect receives correctly food calories by myfitnesspal.

    In myfitnesspal settings (app & devices) I have set Garmin connect among connected. Myfitnesspal receives correctly my steps by Garmin connect

    BUT, myfitnesspal doesen't receives my weight even if weight measures made by Index appear correctly in Garmin Connect.

    If I load MANUALLY a weight in Garmin Connect, It appears correctly in myfitnesspal. If the weight Is loaded in Garmin Connect automatically by Index It doesen't appear in myfitnesspal.

    This Is driving me Crazy! 

    Tell me please where I'm wrong

  • I usually don't check MFP. I also have a Garmin Index S2. The last successful sync of weight data was October 10th.

    Other metrics are syncing, such as activities and calories burned.

    Garmin has not replied to my ticket yet.

    I saw your post on the MFP community forum. It appears that you did get a response from Garmin Support the next day after you posted this thread. Keep us updated if you don't mind. Thank you.

    It looks like this has been fixed. I received an email from Garmin Product Support today.

    We're following up on the report we received that after weighing on your Index scale, your weight information wasn't added to your linked MyFitnessPal account. We're pleased to report that this issue has been resolved and future weight measurements will be added to the account.

    Indeed, I checked MFP and there is now a weight measurement for today that synced from Index S2 to Garmin to MFP.
