(Request) Add drop down option for Geocaching

Maybe select Run or Walk as type and Geocaching as event.

Fields shown probably depend only on a type.

I'm looking to actually get an option under other.

Geocaching is not an activity type, it is an event type, hence you cannot have in the dropdown menu instead of Other. Use Walk, Run, or any other activity type you did during the geocaching.

My post was for a feature request, I should have been more clear. With the amount of activity types, there should be a Geocaching activity.

Why? When you do geocaching, you walk, run, or bike anyway, so there is no need for it. There are hundreds of thousands of diverse human activities that are not directly listed. And that's exactly why there is the category Other, where you can put whatever does not fit elsewhere.

One reason is that it makes it difficult to control a group feed for just geocaching vs just walking.

I see your point. Geocaching is a popular activity which is why I was asking. Maybe it would be better to give more granular control over the feeds for groups then.

Edit: After more time thinking on this and experimenting. I agree with trusx- it seems to work better this way.
