Weight sync between Garmin and Myfitnesspal broken

I use a Tanita scale with Garmin Connnect and since the 18th Oct the weight is not syncing to MFP.

The weight is being uploaded to Garmin Connect but it's not syncing to MFP.

I logged a ticket with Myfitnesspal and they said this is a Garmin issue.

Also raised a ticket with Garmin a week ago and stilll no response.

This is effecting multiple users so it's not just me.

Here's a suggested workaround until they fix it. If your Tanita scale links to Fitbit, sync it to Fitbit and have Fitbit send it to MFP. You'll have to have a Fitbit account but you won't have to install…

Here's a suggested workaround until they fix it. If your Tanita scale links to Fitbit, sync it to Fitbit and have Fitbit send it to MFP. You'll have to have a Fitbit account but you won't have to install their app. Also, MFP will sync the weight back to Garmin so you might have to turn off Tanita to Garmin.
