Heart rate zones and importing data into garmin connect. I've imported rides into garmin connect (from non garmin device). When I look at activity and time in zones, it shows no time in zone 5. But if you look at the heart rate graph, it clearly shows time above the minimum zone 5 threshold?
Hi, ok it looks like your device has no HR zone 5 defined. This screenshot shows your zones, and the bpm values are the start of each zone. The row for zone 5 is missing entirely, so everything above 152 bpm is considered zone 4. Review and adjust the HR zone settings in your device so that all of your HR zones are defined as desired.
Edit: Just adding that since your max HR in the activity was 150 bpm, the device thinks you never got above HR zone 3 (133-152 bpm):
