Garmin Connect badge: Zwemvliezen aan, not rewarded

I've already had multiple swimming sessions where I swam faster than an average of 2:00 per kilometer, but I still haven't received the fin swimming badge. This, while the person I train with did get this badge for the same swimming workout.

How can I still obtain the badge?

I would recommend trying to record a short activity (for example just 200m or so) without any pauses, and see whether it helps.

Same issue for me. Several attempts. Badge not received. Friend of mine got it for same activity data.
