Garmin Connect calendar connect office 365 sync not all activities

I use Garmin Connect web calendar connect office 365 account.

I want to sync my all activities to outlook calendar.

But, just sync last 1 month activities to outlook calendar. Not all activities.

I disconnect office 365 account. reconnect once. But the same problem.

I try to contact microsoft service, they reply me "It could be Garmin's problem", I contact garmin service, but not reply. the sad !

what is happen? anyone help me.

It's a pain, but if you go into each activity in Garmin and edit it (add a note or gear etc), it will then sync the older activities to Outlook

That's the designed behavior. According to the documentation at Publishing the Calendar or Connecting With Office 365 in Garmin Connect | Garmin Customer Support:

Activities, workouts, and events from the past 30 days will be synced to Office 365 once you are connected. After connecting, any new activities, workouts, and events will continue to sync to Office 365.

You could try temporarily backdating the system time/date to a month earlier and publishing the calendar again, but I am skeptical it would work. Worth of the test anyway. Other than that I have no tip for you.
