Is it possible to visualize power records as "per period" (4 weeks / 6 months / 1 year)?

Is it possible to visualize power records as "per period"? The power curve graphic in Reports > Cycling > Power Curve can show your "records" and periods of 4 weeks / 6 months / 1 year. That is a useful visual representation, but I wonder if I can get the "text" table of power records also by 4 weeks / 6 months / 1 year, to compare the exact data of different moments or even use it on an excel sheet

  • Have a look at the Reports section of Garmin Connect Web, it has much more stats than the app:

    https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/-2/strength_training/last_year

Also check out the Progress Summary - it is a quite powerful and well customizable tool

  • That was what I was trying to refer to. That is why I opened this topic under the "garmin connect web" subforum and tagged it as "garmin connect web".

But it only seems to show the "text" information, as a "table" of:

    1 sec
    2 sec
    5 sec
    10 sec
    20 sec
    30 sec
    1 min
    2 min
    5 min
    10 min
    20 min
    30 min
    1 hr
    2 hr

For absolute records. And not only per 4 Weeks / 3 Months / 1 Year as it does with the graphic above the table.

"Power curve" shows different periods; "power records" are only global, so you don't seem to have the information detailed as a text table to directly compare.

EDIT: Now I see, though, that I could note down one by one by moving the mouse through the graphic... It is not ideal, but I can work with that.

EDIT 2: As for the Progress Summary, it only shows "Average Power" and "Max Power", so you can't check 30 min, 20 min, 10 min, 5min, and 1 min values, which are the most important for me to track progress and program training sessions. And maybe 1 or 2h. But the global power of the whole session is usually affected by to many factors to be usable data.
