The help on the stats page says this for recovery heart rate:The last sentence is wrong, right? The difference should be high to indicate fast recovery?
What is meant here is that the actual heart rate by the end of the 2-minute recovery period is lower when compared to previous measurements. Meaning a greater ability to recover from exertion.
If so, it’s poorly written - the second sentence defines the RHR, and the third says a lower RHR indicates a better ability to recover.
