I recieve badges when I do things, but I dont recieve points?

Hello,

I've been collecting badges for at while and I need 7 more points to get to the next level. I just recieved two new badges each worth 1 point. I recieve the badge, I get the notification, but I still need 7 more points to reach the next level.

Why? How come i suddenly stopped recieving points?

Try reloading the Badges page

In that case you may have lost a badge with 2 points, or 2 single point badges, in the same time. That can happen when you delete or edit some activities, or other data.

Oh … that might be the case. How do i lose a badge? I haven’t deleted any activities… just with in these past 24 hours i was still missing 7 points, and i gained four badges each of 1 point… but today I’m still missing 7 points till next level .. just so weird

As I wrote - for example by removing or editing an activity so, that it no more matches the badge conditions.

If you use the trick to change the country in your Garmin account to get badges it is easy to lose some of those badges when you switched country again and the activities are updated in any way.

Well i don’t use that trick … had never heard of it. I just do activities .. what else could it be?

Check all badges and see if some of them are missing... Not very easy task to do.

There is a limit of 250 for the repeatable badges. After that you will get the badges but not the points.
