Training Update by Coach Amy

Hello Everyone,

I have set a training few weeks ago, with Coach Amy to run a half marathon on a specific date in future.

In the meantime, I have run several 10K races, all of them correctly tracked by garmin and even identified in its list of races (so, well-known races, I mean).

What surprises me, is that after running a random 10K race in a Sunday, one day after, on Monday, my watch still shows me my initial training plan, 17K training.

It surprises me that after a 10K race, it does not modify my schedule, undestanding that on the day after it should suggest me a more relaxed training or even none. (I don't know).

Anyone experienced something like that?  what am I doing wrong?
